Akkodis is seeking a QA Lead for a Contract job with a client in Dublin,OH. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality assurance leadership, particularly in testing Manhattan Active WMS modules and their interfaces, with a strong background in test planning, execution, and automation.Rate Range: $49/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.QA Lead job responsibilities include:Define and implement QA strategy for Manhattan Active WMS and its interfaces.Establish quality benchmarks and KPIs for testing activities.Lead functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing.Ensure test coverage across all WMS modules (receiving, inventory, picking, shipping, etc.).Oversee testing of interfaces with CMS Worldlink, Autostore, PackSize, SLAM, and Numina.Manage and mentor QA analysts, assign tasks, and review deliverables.Conduct training sessions and knowledge sharing within the QA team.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.Maintain detailed documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results.Generate QA metrics and dashboards for leadership reporting.Support UAT and provide training or documentation as needed.Desired Qualifications:Proven experience leading QA efforts for Manhattan Active WMS implementations.Strong knowledge of WMS modules and warehouse operations.Experience with QA tools and automation frameworks.Excellent leadership, communication, and documentation skills.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and participation in Agile ceremonies If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
