Looking for a new opportunity? We're immediately hiring entry-level assemblers to support our client's manufacturing operations in Coatsville, IN!

1st Shift:

Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM (Overtime as needed)

.

Employment Types: Full Time, Temporary or Contract.

Pay Rate: $17.50 / hour

Duties:

Follows all company and departmental safety rules including proper use of personal protective equipment

Performs all required quality checks to assure products conform to company standards including completing final inspection per line

Maintains 5s standards of housekeeping in work area

Meets production requirements

Assists in setup for production

Communicates what tools are needed to continuously improve inefficiencies in various operations

Assembles components and sub-assemblies into completed product

Verifies dimensions and makes adjustments during the assembly process

Performs testing of finished product by checking operational functions

Disassembles, reworks and does touch up painting as required

Maintains documentation as needed including updating of hour by hour boards

Assists in training coworkers in proper work procedures and safety

Performs other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

Must be able to read blueprints and use measuring instruments

Must be mechanically inclined and have good eye/hand coordination

Knowledge of, and ability to use, both hand and power tools essential

Ability to operate overhead crane as necessary

Knowledge of product operational functions necessary

Must be able to work overtime, including weekends

Must be physically capable of standing/working 8+ hour shift(s)

Must be able to lift, carry and/or move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis

Must be able to work in non-climate controlled areas

Must be able to wear required safety equipment

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: No Education Requirement.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.50 - $17.50 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
