ONSITE, IN-PERSON interview if selected for interview. Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) are critical in this role as the resource will be interacting regularly w/technical developers, architects, and managers, as well as non-technical subject matter experts, stakeholders, and project managers. Job Description: This position is for Dynamics developers who are experienced with configurations and customizations for Dynamics 365 Cloud applications.

Evaluates existing systems and/or new user needs to analyze, design, recommend, and implement information system changes. This candidate will be part of a small team (3-6 people) focused on developing a new cloud application for DMV Operations. The candidate will be responsible for implementing requirements from user stories in the new system, as well as testing their own and other developers' work. They will also need to engage with our product owners and occasionally business partners to ensure a full understanding of the requirements to ensure quality deployment. The right candidate will already be fully skilled and experienced in Dynamics 365 Cloud, JavaScript, TypeScript and C# development. Solid understanding of database access, query expressions and API development/use will also be valuable. Agency Expected Deliverables

Reviewing, understanding and implementing defined customer requirements. Reviewing, understanding and correcting identified problems. Testing and verification of operation consistent with user requirements. Source Code meeting ITD quality standards and in conformance with established procedures. Release of object code meeting ITD quality standards and in conformance with established procedures. Interacting with technical and non-technical staff as needed in the execution of the above in an Agile/Scrum environment This is an in-person position at the Idaho Transportation Department Chinden Campus in Boise, ID. Experience Developing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Cloud Experience as a .NET developer w/C#, specifically, in both a webbased and desktop environment Experience with Visual Studio Experience with Azure DevOps or Team Foundation Server Development Experience with MVC Development Experience With LINQ Development Experience with Javascript Experience working with data communication between disparate systems Experience working with APIs Exceptional communication skills are crucial as resource will communicate w/other developers, system architects, and technical managers regularly Experience communicating verbally & in writing with nontechnical business subject matter experts, stakeholders and project managers Experience Developing in Microsoft Dynamics on-premises Experience Developing with TypeScript Experience Developing in SalesForce
