For almost 100 years we've been reimagining how to flavor beverages and we're looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to provide functional and technical leadership for all Demand/Supply Planning with a solid understanding of Supply Chain.
Your project management and technical skills will be a huge enabler of our future growth. Your leadership in expanding and elevating our demand/supply planning IT team to the next stage of development is key to doubling our size, impact and success. You will establish and implement best practices while effectively consolidating our business systems into a Planning system that is focused on optimizing manufacturing and supply chain applications. Your expertise should help planning teams to make data-driven decisions that improve forecasting accuracy, enhance collaboration, and drive operational efficiency.

SUCCESS FACTORS (first 12-18 months) Techno Functional Leadership:
You have led IT support for Demand and Supply planning as the functional lead, working closely with the Operations leadership team to identify and implement improvements aligned with evolving business processes. You effectively translated business needs into clear technical and functional requirements, guiding the development of tailored solutions. Your support extended across the full implementation lifecycle-including analysis, design, configuration, training, and testing-primarily for Demand, Supply, Inventory, Scheduling, and other Supply Chain modules, reflecting your deep expertise in supply chain processes. In addition to project work, you consistently provided application support, resolving user issues, validating system functionality, and developing test scenarios to ensure planning tools performed accurately. You've also taken a proactive approach to adapting to market shifts, reducing excess inventory, and improving service levels-while avoiding unnecessary complexity. Process Design:
You have partnered with business process leads to develop and maintain L1 to L4 process documentation including change control. Whether performing process gap analysis, evaluating system capabilities, leading software vendor selection processes, or systems implementation, you seek ways to improve processes, from small tweaks to complete reengineering. You've successfully connected your experience and knowledge of industry best practices in each project and embedded this knowledge into process designs. Systems Implementation:
You are recognized for your expertise in planning systems like Arkieva and your ability to adapt to changing demands while reducing operational risk-helping the business grow sustainably in a dynamic market. Leveraging your knowledge of our priorities, you've contributed to shaping our IT strategy roadmap. Utilizing your project management expertise, you've led software implementation and enhancement projects, created and executed user training plans, and ensured completion. Your key achievements include Arkieva version upgrades, new module rollouts, prioritized business enhancements, and supporting our SaaS transformation. Acting as a vital bridge between business and IT, you clearly translate needs to ensure successful delivery solutions. Have FUN! Minimum Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in business information systems or related areas Must have a minimum of 7 years experience supporting planning system (Arkieva, Anaplan or Oracle) & Supply Chain processes/applications in an EBS environment (Oracle or similar). Must have a minimum of 5 years of ERP (Oracle or similar) techno-functional experience. Must have a solid business understanding of Planning (Arkieva, Anaplan, Oracle or similar) and ERP (Inventory, Order Management, Shipping Pricing, Warehousing modules) including integrations. Strong understanding of scenario planning and analysis platform. Worked on digital supply chain transformation. Knowledge of Suppliers , Co-manufacturers and 3PLs is plus. Strong understanding of supply chain principles with expertise in streamlining business processes and optimizing complex supply chain processes. Must have the flexibility to lead projects, wear a business hat to help drive needed solutions or participate as a team member. Able to design new guidelines or structures rather than working within standard guidelines in the work. Experience with various Project Management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Lean) This is a hybrid role with a requirement of 3-4 days/week onsite in San Leandro, CA. Live in the SF bay area, or willing to relocate at your own expense.
Salary Range:
$148,320 - $164,800
