Compensation: Pay Range: $70000K-$100000K
Description: Lead a team in a program focused on connecting individuals with community supports and resources. Ensure continuity of care, stability, and social integration for individuals. Monitor progress and address barriers to help individuals adjust and ensure long-term success. Conduct weekly meetings and ensure adherence to program standards. Collaborate with certified trainers or relevant staff to maintain program standards.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and train staff to ensure adherence to the program model. Lead the team and ensure quality of interventions and regulatory compliance. Organize weekly team meetings and case presentations. Ensure continuity between fieldwork and meetings. Review caseloads monthly and promote model fidelity. Monitor documentation quality and update resources. Manage data entry and review for team performance tracking.
Qualifications: Licensed Mental Health clinician (e.g., licensed psychologist, LCSW, LMHC). Experience in supervising staff required. Prior experience in a similar program strongly preferred. Experience working with individuals with I/DD and psychiatric disorders preferred. Ability to plan, organize, and implement program policies and procedures. Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making abilities. Valid driver's license with a safe driving history preferred. Willingness to travel within the region.
