Thermal combined cycle power
Lead the full lifecycle execution of major
thermal combined cycle power projects , overseeing all aspects of construction from mobilization to closeout. Responsible for budget, safety, schedule, and team leadership on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Full project oversight: manage EPC contractors, internal teams, procurement, and site execution
Coordinate across engineering, legal, environmental, supply chain, and operations
Oversee scope development, equipment procurement (gas turbines, transformers, etc.), and contract management
Ensure safety and compliance with codes, design, and performance standards
Lead project team onsite from construction through handover to Operations
Report project status to senior leadership, mentor junior staff
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in ME, EE, CE, or Construction Management
10+ years
in heavy industrial construction; minimum
5 years
managing thermal projects using
gas turbines, HRSGs, and steam turbines
(15 years )
Deep knowledge of thermal (simple and combined cycle) and HV transmission systems
Proven ability in leadership, contract management, scheduling, and communication
This role is ideal for a seasoned PM with hands-on leadership experience in large-scale thermal power construction projects.
