seasoned Business Systems Analyst
with supplemental QA experience and has a strong grasp of Agile methodologies, QA processes, and top-tier communication skills, this is your chance to own delivery from discovery through implementation. You'll add some new skills to your toolbelt in
data aggregation, portal design, stakeholder interaction, and more
, all while collaborating with a fun, fast-moving team with excellent morale. Required Skills & Experience 6+ years of Business Systems Analysis
Experience writing user stories and requirements in
JIRA
Manual QA experience (test case creation, validation, defect management)
Strong communication skills - verbal & written
Proven success in Agile environments
Ability to hit the ground running in structured, fast-paced settings
Desired Skills & Experience Pharmaceutical or healthcare experience
Familiarity with data lakes and dashboard-style portals
Experience working with offshore development teams
Degree in Information Technology or similar technical field
