Position Summary
This position will provide local technical support, as well as work as a Level 1 team member for the Rivers IT Help Desk supporting the entire organization.

Provide general hardware repairs (laptops/desktops and peripherals) Provide Level 1 IT support to the dealership's end users Accurately track IT inventory Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure of issues Build/image end user systems Perform system testing and updates on a regular basis Facilitate the growth and development of special projects as assigned Stay current with industry knowledge and products Qualifications:
2 year degree required. 4 year degree or equivalent experience preferred Professional and positive demeanor Strong customer service orientation Strong verbal / written communication skills Support experience with strong problem solving Understanding of ITIL Able to multi-task
Physical Effort:
Able to sit and type for the majority of a typical work day, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Travel:
Up to 15% - 25% travel time to support dealership locations
Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality is vital. Must attend work regularly and to arrive at work on time. Failure to do so detrimentally affects team morale and productivity.
