SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Shift Lead, Provider and Patient Access Services, provides in-the-moment supervision to team members to address procedure and behavior issues as they occur. The incumbent also provides line-level technical expertise to support all functions performed by the team to which the incumbent is assigned. The incumbent is responsible for reviewing and providing feedback for quality and productivity to team members, as well as investigation and resolution of the most complex tasks performed by the team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

Highschool diploma or equivalent

Two (2) years of experience in registration and/or customer service or a combination of both required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

(One) 1 Year registration experience preferred
