As a Showing Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to showcase properties to potential buyers in a captivating and impactful way. This position requires a valid Michigan real estate license. Compensation is commission-based.

Accompany real estate agents to property showings, providing a warm and engaging presence. Client Interaction:
Interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner, answering questions and addressing concerns during property tours. Property Knowledge:
Develop a strong understanding of the features and benefits of each property to effectively communicate them to potential buyers. Communication:
Maintain open and clear communication with real estate agents, providing feedback on client reactions and preferences. Organization:
Assist in coordinating and scheduling property showings, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both clients and agents. Follow-up:
Conduct post-showing follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and address any additional questions they may have. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Enthusiastic and personable with a positive attitude. Ability to quickly learn and convey property details. Organized and detail-oriented. Reliable and punctual. High school diploma or equivalent.
