Our system conducts live, real-time interviews autonomously, asking personalized follow-ups based on each candidate's answers. We’re hiring a
founding SDR
to help us scale even faster. This is not a list-scraping, script-reading role. You'll work directly with the founding team to craft strategy, break into new accounts, and help define what outbound looks like when you're creating a category — not following one. What You’ll Be Doing Own outbound outreach across email, cold calls, and social to drive pipeline
Work directly with the founding team on messaging, sequences, and target segmentation
Engage, qualify, and book high-quality meetings with decision-makers
Build, manage, and optimize your pipeline using tools like HubSpot and Apollo
Become a subject matter expert on AI in recruiting and hiring
Contribute ideas, systems, and outbound experiments — and learn fast from the results
Who You Are 0–2 years of relevant experience (sales, recruiting, customer success, or something similar)
Strong communicator with natural curiosity and confidence
Relentlessly resourceful — you figure things out and take initiative
Not afraid of cold outreach or rejection
Interested in startups, AI, and the future of work
Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate (5 days/week in person required)
Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship provided)
