Guest Services Representative (Day & Evening Shifts) - Oshkosh Marriott Waterfront Hotel
At Oshkosh Marriott Waterfront Hotel, every guest's experience begins and ends with you. As a Guest Services Representative working both day and evening shifts, you'll be the consistent, welcoming face of our property-whether guests are checking in after a long day or starting fresh in the morning. In the mornings, you'll kick off the day with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for memorable stays. You'll lead the check-in and check-out process, manage billing with accuracy, and act as an enthusiastic ambassador for the Oshkosh area. During the evenings, you'll shift gears to support busy check-ins, resolve traveler questions, and assist guests unwinding after their day. You'll be the problem-solver, the billing expert, and the calming presence that makes night-time stays smooth and comfortable. We're looking for someone sharp, confident, and naturally solutions-focused. Quick on your feet and ready for anything, you'll handle the unexpected with grace and ensure every guest feels valued-morning, noon, and night.
