We are looking for an
IT Program Manager
to oversee all projects under their delivery program, ensuring they are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and budget while meeting all brand guidelines and KPIs. The role liaises with IT Product Teams, Construction and New Building, Refurbishment and other Brand operating department representatives involved in the execution of destination and modernization scope including but not limited to: Operations, Design, Procurement, Brand Product Development, and external vendors and partners. This position will be a
contract
and
onsite in Miramar, Florida, with 20% travel required .
Due to the specific legal and contractual requirements associated with this position, this role will be direct employment with CAI. This position does not offer work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
What You'll Do Partner with key stakeholders to manage scope expectations and champion the IT product capability/scope for destination projects
Collaborate with matrixed constituent department representatives and vendors to outline milestones, establish work plans, responsibilities, scope, and tracking roles
Manage vendors, ensuring they meet our time, budget, safety, and brand guidelines
Review overall requirements and align with teams on execution priorities and planning
Participate in weekly meetings to give updates on assigned applications and highlight risks
Coordinate activities to ensure projects progress on schedule and communicate program status regularly
Lead, mentor, influence, and support Project Managers on project complexity
Enforce project management policies, guidelines, metrics, and templates
Tracks timing, budget, cost control, and reporting. Proactively and accurately manage projects/program financials to meet department planning, forecasting, and reporting deadlines
What You'll Need
Required:
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of professional experience in infrastructure program management
Proven analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills
Experience in hospitality and executing heavy IT infrastructure projects
Experience with technical, user, and business issues in a fast-paced online organization
Experience working with project execution teams creating key requirement documentations and project artifacts
Outstanding verbal and written communication and project leadership skills, including an ability to communicate and influence at an executive level
Comfortable working with international teams and in construction sites
Preferred:
Master's degree in a related field
PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in IT project management
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other standards
Sedentary work involving sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional movement around the office
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
The pay range for this position is $65.00-$67.00per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave as provided by applicable law.
