Phlebotomist I Location:

Pay range:
$17 - $21/hr. on W2
Shift:
Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM
Overview: Serve as the company's first point of contact for patients, drawing quality blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing. Maintain a professional, safe environment while providing clear communication and building patient trust. Follow established procedures and ensure confidentiality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and process forensic and clinical specimens accurately and safely. Maintain records and documentation. Work under supervisor guidance to complete daily tasks on time. Promote a positive image to patients and the public.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA). Minimum 6 months experience; 1+ years preferred. Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric patients. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime. Customer service and data entry skills required.
