Clinical Research Associate - IMM/Cross TA - Chicago, IL (Field Based)

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will join the world's largest & most comprehensive clinical research organization, powered by healthcare intelligence. What You Will Be Doing: Serve as the primary contact between investigational sites and the sponsor Conduct site visits, including selection, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out Ensure site compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and regulations Maintain documentation in CTMS and eTMF systems Support site staff training and maintain compliance records Monitor patient safety and ensure timely AE/SAE/PQC reporting Support subject recruitment and retention Oversee drug accountability and proper storage, return, or destruction Resolve data queries and ensure high-quality data entry Document site progress and escalate risks or issues Assist in tracking site budgets and payments Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CTAs, LTMs, and CTMs You are: A graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or equivalent, or a qualified RN Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Having 2+ years of on-site monitoring experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry Experienced across multiple therapeutic areas, including Immunology preferred Proficient in ICH-GCP, local regulations, and clinical systems like CTMS and eTMF A clear communicator, problem-solver, and team player Willing to travel up to 50% for monitoring visits, preferably residing in Chicago for efficient regional travel Pay Range: $91,336.00 - $114,170.00 USD Note: Actual compensation depends on location, experience, education, and skills.
