Under the direct supervision of the Chief Nursing Officer, the Program Manager oversees daily operation of evidence-based practice/best practice programming, providing clinical supervision of program dynamics within the acute therapeutic milieu for patients. The Program Manager supports program development and organizational objectives, while ensuring that patient goals for recovery, stabilization, and community re-integration are supported by appropriate services.
Assess the physical and psychological conditions of patients continuously throughout their care journey. Utilize the nursing process in alignment with the philosophy, objectives, values, mission, and core principles of SPBH. Uphold a safe therapeutic environment grounded in our core values. Oversee and ensure staff adherence to standards of care, mental health practices, and hospital policies. Lead and contribute to the hospital's philosophy, objectives, and performance improvement initiatives. Your Experience Matters
What we're looking for:
Education and Licensure:
Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required and able to produce a valid Washington State RN license. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Experience:
Five years of work experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting and one year supervisory experience preferred. Additional Skill Requirements:
Must possess knowledge of milieu management, group dynamics, individual and family treatment, biological aspects of psychological illness; demonstrated leadership ability and skills. Your Care Matters

Compensation:
