Location : Addison, TX (Hybrid) Employment Type : Contract

Compensation Pay Range:$47.04-$67.20/Hrs

Description Lead the design and strategic direction of AI-driven solutions in the Finance technology sector. Translate business goals into AI strategies and scalable architectures. Guide cross-functional teams through implementation processes. Combine deep technical expertise in AI/ML with strong strategic and communication skills. Drive AI architecture roadmap in alignment with organizational objectives. Design end-to-end AI and machine learning system architectures.

Key Responsibilities Define and drive the AI architecture roadmap. Design scalable and reusable AI solutions. Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders. Evaluate and select appropriate AI technologies and platforms. Establish best practices for model lifecycle management and ethical AI. Lead technical assessments of AI initiatives. Stay abreast of emerging AI trends.

Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. 5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering, with 4 years in an architectural or leadership role. Strong proficiency in machine learning frameworks and programming languages. Experience with MLOps, data pipelines, and real-time inference systems. Solid understanding of data governance, model risk management, and responsible AI principles. Proven ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
