Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Salesforce Developer position! This is a 5+ month contract opportunity and will be remote in the United States. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.
What You'll Be Doing: Lead and contribute to the most complex systems analysis, design, and development efforts. Serve as both a leader and individual contributor on complex projects. Provide high-level analytical consulting to identify and implement technology solutions aligned with strategic objectives. Direct and mentor less experienced resources, coordinate development tasks across varying project scopes. Collaborate with development, operations, and technology teams from technical analysis to user acceptance testing. Prepare test data, execute detailed test plans, and complete required debugging. Analyze highly complex interrelationships between programs, interfacing applications, and platforms. Create technical and functional specifications and update system documentation. Conduct assessments including tasks, timelines, and effort estimates. Maintain efficient and effective operation of supported applications. Recommend and evaluate new technologies or processes. Promote adherence to development standards and procedures. Develop technical budgets and monitor employee performance when applicable. Ensure compliance with risk and regulatory standards. What You'll Need to Have:
Looking for a Salesforce Developer experienced with large and mature enterprise environments. Preferred experience in the banking industry and working with OMNI Scripts. Experience in Apex, Salesforce Flows, LWC, and other declarative features. Able to work independently and collaboratively within an Agile Scrum team. Experience with UAT testing, GitLab, and VS Code is a plus. Minimum of an Associate's degree and 6 years of systems analysis/application development experience, or 8 years of equivalent experience. Proficiency in application development platforms, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving, organizational, time management, and communication skills. Experience driving project milestones, mentoring others, and coordinating between technical and business units.
Pay Range:
$68-$83+/hr
