Job Purpose: Oversee and drive the overall progress of programs, managing budget, milestones, communication, risks, issues, and interdependencies. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Lead the management of program timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Develop and maintain comprehensive program management documentation. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define value and align strategic goals. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to ensure smooth transitions and continuity. Represent and advocate for cross-functional initiatives at senior leadership forums. Initiate and manage projects from planning through execution, including creating RACI matrices, execution plans, milestones, and risk assessments. Required Skills & Experience: At least 5 years of senior program management experience. Strong background in retail industry projects. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to senior leadership. Proactive, confident, and goal-oriented with the ability to drive projects independently. Skilled in project planning, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.
