Strong communication, empathy, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities. Key Responsibilities: Provide psychosocial assessments and therapeutic interventions. Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care plans. Advocate for patients and connect them with community resources. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Participate in case conferences and continuing education opportunities.
