Program Overview
The Program supports the global IT infrastructure that underpins medical readiness for the Army, Navy, and Air Force. This includes sustaining both on-premise and cloud-based environments serving over 200,000 users and 250,000 end-user devices across 250 sites worldwide. The program manages core identity, access, and directory services essential to mission-critical healthcare delivery within the Military Health System. Team members contribute to a broad range of IT operations and modernization efforts that directly impact service members, veterans, and their families. This is a high-impact environment supporting both peacetime healthcare and wartime readiness across the DoD medical enterprise.
Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain EM tools such as MECM, Intune, Azure AD, and Microsoft enterprise platforms. Act as a Tier 3 escalation point for complex infrastructure and endpoint issues. Support security compliance and configuration standards through automation. Collaborate across cybersecurity, engineering, and service desk teams. Monitor system performance and participate in after-hours operations as required. Minimum Qualifications:
Strong experience with MECM/SCCM, Group Policy, Intune, and hybrid cloud environments. Clearance: Must be eligible for or hold Public Trust (Tier 3/NACLC). U.S. Citizenship required. Education & Certifications (one of the following combinations):
Certification:
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate AND one of the following: Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field DoD 8140 Baseline Certification (e.g., Security+ CE, SSCP, GSEC, Cloud+, CISSP) Approved DoD/Military Training (codes available upon request) Why Apply?
