Systems Administrator Information Technology Responsible for the administration, support, maintenance, installation, system testing and training for the following systems: Lawson (ERP Financials and Purchasing software suites); Hyperion (Planning and Budgeting, Performance management system); Concur Invoice and Expense, Tableau Reports (ad hoc enterprise reporting software); Any additional system purchased or developed for the Administration division. Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles and the ability to quickly assimilate new information. Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work; general instructions on new assignments from IT liaisons to the internal client community utilizing each system. Relate business requirements from multiple facets of the organization to best practices within each suite of prepackaged or internally developed application. The position requires a good understanding of databases (primarily MS SQL and Access) both functionally and structurally. Maintain business continuity for mission critical systems Ability to manage, support, and maintain Lawson suites (Financials, Procurement) and all interfaces with the Lawson data Assume lead role in the application and technical support of the aforementioned software suites to include all modules and interfaces. Perform security, printer, and user administration for all systems. This includes the documentation of all application clients and access rights. Support annual external audits that require the output of system information. Proven ability to effectively communicate, in writing and verbally, with all levels of management as well as employees Ability to communicate complicated technical concepts to non-technical clients Ability to determine severity of system 'problem' and its effect on the completion of required tasks Ability to troubleshoot systems; communicate effectively with each system's support center whether by phone, in meetings, or via online support Ability to prioritize and complete complex task in agreed upon time frame Ability to apply functional application program and technology patches Data analysis / manipulation / evaluation / presentation skills for SQL, Crystal Reports and any add-ins Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. Adhere to Change Control procedures for all enhancement requests for the Production system Ability to document and communicate best business practices for technical and functional system processes Ability to identify and troubleshoot application database related issues within MS SQL and MS Access Ability to do business analysis and design new data interfaces, procedures between systems Ability to maintain and document procedures and process guides for new systems/interfaces Ability to understand, maintain and support other systems that are implemented over time. Testing and QA skills a plus. All other duties as assigned Feedback from IT Director and appropriate staff. Project leadership ability; utilization of client/server application software and database technologies in a business environment; use of systems development methodology; application and database systems technology evaluation and selection; service level management; problem management, configuration management; change management; and system administration skills. Timeliness and quality of work. Accuracy and thoroughness of data analysis, programming / system troubleshooting, testing and documentation. Quality of oral and written communications. Completion of Annual Performance Objectives established by IT Manager. None Reports to the Director, IT Services, Executive Office / Administration; works closely with the IT client liaison for the Administrative division as well as directly with clients utilizing the applications. Administrator will work with 3rd party vendors engaged to perform upgrades for various system when necessary or directly with related products from the system manufacturers themselves. Administrator will attend training classes on location as deemed necessary by IT management.

5-10 years of systems administration experience with Lawson suites is must preferably in Windows environment and SQL based applications Experience with other applications listed a plus but not required Experience in business analysis and design Experience with MS SQL Server database and MS Access administration preferred Experience in systems implementations and Q plus
