Someone that has Worked in more than just SDLC Customer implementations - must have Worked directly with customers at some point - even better (although not required) Has worked on Mostly large enterprise-wide initiatives Multiple work streams Talk to multiple teams ble to run meetings Follow-up on action items Put plan together with little direction

TureID project - Maybe put this person on scanner project to start - true ID scanners - they authenticate customer documents at financial institutions - actual installations of software/hardware at banks. Start implement scanners and work with sales and prod teams and support teams
