The application service offered by the company includes application development, maintenance, and support. The markets served by the company are financial services and insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, government, transportation, communications, and consumer and retail industries.
Rate Range: $58-$62/Hr
Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Design, install, and configure OpenShift clusters, tailored for AI/ML workloads on bare metal or hybrid environments. Assess and replicate configurations/customizations from existing environments (e.g., VMware) into OpenShift using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Automate end-to-end deployments and lifecycle management using Ansible, Terraform, ArgoCD, or GitOps approaches. Monitor performance, tune resource usage (e.g., GPUs), and ensure workload isolation and security compliance. Collaborate with data scientists, DevOps teams, and platform engineers to support model training, deployment, and inference pipelines. Troubleshoot OpenShift cluster issues and provide knowledge transfer/documentation to internal teams. Required Skills & Experience:
6+ years in DevOps / platform engineering with at least 3 years hands-on with OpenShift/Kubernetes. Experience deploying and running AI/ML workloads in containerized environments. Exposure scripting/coding in Python, Go, or Bash. Familiarity with GPU scheduling and runtime management in OpenShift. Knowledge of CI/CD, Helm, Operators, and container security. Experience with virtualization platforms like VMware, and transitioning workloads to OpenShift. Exposure to observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK). Preferred Qualifications:
Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration or equivalent. Experience with OpenShift Data Science or Red Hat AI stacks. Familiarity with hybrid/multi-cloud deployments (AWS, GCP, Azure). Background in AI/ML pipelines and data infrastructure.
