Salt Lake City, Utah (Preference for candidates with Utah project experience)
Salary Range:
$150,000 – $190,000 base salary
Bonus:
Up to 25% of base salary in annual performance-based bonuses

with a strong reputation in delivering complex infrastructure projects across the western United States. We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior Project Manager
to lead large-scale
Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP)
projects in the
Salt Lake City, Utah
area.
This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for a seasoned professional with
15–20 years of experience
in managing large treatment plant projects. Preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record working on
Utah-based projects
and familiarity with local regulatory environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all phases of WWTP projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, design coordination, construction oversight, and closeout.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and quality standards.
Manage multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior project staff.
Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.
Support business development efforts and contribute to proposal writing and client presentations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s ).
Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Utah PE .
15–20 years of experience managing large-scale water/wastewater treatment plant projects.
Proven track record of successful project delivery in the public or private sector.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with Utah’s environmental and permitting regulations is highly desirable.
PMP certification is a plus.
