Responsibilities
Provide subject matter expertise on
motion imagery systems , including full motion video (FMV), wide area surveillance, and persistent surveillance technologies. Support the
development, implementation, and testing of standards
related to motion imagery across DoD and ISR operations. Advise on
GEOINT standards
and contribute to the evaluation of emerging standards and approval processes through recognized standards organizations. Participate in the acquisition lifecycle for ISR systems, ensuring alignment with operational, technical, and mission-specific requirements. Provide guidance on integration of motion imagery into defense systems supporting
future and emerging warfare capabilities . Assist with documentation, outreach, and technical advisory services related to motion imagery exploitation and data sharing. Contribute to cross-functional teams involved in the
defense acquisition process , aligning intelligence capabilities with enterprise requirements. Engage with stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical standards, acquisition requirements, and interoperable solutions. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Intelligence Studies, Geospatial Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience). Specialized experience in
motion imagery systems , including FMV, wide area motion imagery (WAMI), and related surveillance technologies. Familiarity with
GEOINT standards development and implementation , including involvement in standards organizations and approval processes. Knowledge of
ISR missions and acquisition processes
within the DoD or Intelligence Community. Understanding of
emerging defense technologies
and their application to motion imagery and intelligence exploitation. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical and operational teams. Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility
required.
