Our client, a leader in data engineering, is seeking a Databricks/ETL Developer to join their team. As a Databricks/ETL Developer, you will be part of the Data Engineering department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Databricks/ETL Developer
Location: Hybrid (Jersey City, NJ - 2x/week onsite, 3 days remote)

What's the Job?
Design and develop scalable, high-performance data pipelines in Azure Databricks.
Implement data ingestion pipelines from multiple sources using Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
Lead ETL, data integration, and migration efforts across projects.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.
Maintain data quality and consistency while integrating end-to-end data pipelines.
What's Needed?
Proficiency in Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, and Azure SQL DB.
Strong database experience with Data Warehouse and Data Lakehouse.
Solid understanding of SQL, T-SQL, and/or PL/SQL.
Experience in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
Hands-on experience with performance tuning and optimizing code within Databricks.
