POSITION SUMMARY:
Perform the cleaning duties to keep assigned work area(s) in a clean and orderly condition. May work alone or in a small crew that would include student employees.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Floor maintenance (sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, etc.) Restroom cleaning, sanitation and paper product replenishment Trash can emptying Setting a strong example for student employees Other tasks as assigned REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Ability to work with others and set an example for students Take initiative on projects and tasks Knowledge of or willingness to learn proper cleaning techniques Knowledge of or willingness to learn hazards and safety methods related to custodial operations Must be responsible to effectively complete assigned cleaning duties independently Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to keep time and attendance records preferred Ability to perform physical inventory of equipment and supplies preferred
An applicant must be a born-again Christian who has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
