Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced
Infrastructure Project/Program Manager
to lead large-scale,
standardized multisite deployments
across federal and commercial environments. This individual will manage the full project lifecycle-from planning and design to cutover execution and post-deployment support-while coordinating complex technical integrations and working closely with internal teams, vendors, and end clients. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage
multisite infrastructure deployments
across 5 to 100+ locations. Oversee
onsite and remote cutover planning and execution , including validation, rollback strategies, and live 24/7 support coordination. Drive the implementation of
vendor-neutral hardware solutions
involving: LAN/WAN networking Wireless (Wi-Fi, access points) Routers, switches, firewalls POS systems and endpoint devices Manage complex
infrastructure refresh projects , ensuring readiness in power, cooling, cabling, and documentation. Coordinate across cross-functional teams including
Professional Services , engineering, vendors, and client stakeholders. Develop and manage
project work breakdown structures (WBS) , track milestones, and mitigate risks. Ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. Required Qualifications:
10+ years of
technical infrastructure project or program management
experience in a
Professional Services environment . Demonstrated success managing
standardized multisite rollouts
for infrastructure upgrades and endpoint technologies. Hands-on experience with: LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routing, switching, and firewall upgrades POS systems and end-user device refreshes Proven ability to manage complex
cutover strategies
and post-implementation support plans. Strong capability in
project planning ,
risk management , and
executive communication
(including C-level stakeholder engagement). Skilled in coordinating cross-functional and vendor teams for seamless execution. Preferred Skills:
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification Familiarity with tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar Experience working within
regulated industries or federal environments Strong documentation and infrastructure readiness assessment capabilities
