Position Overview

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) plays a critical revenue-driving role at Crunchafi. You'll manage the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding and adoption to cross-sell, upsell, renewal, and retention. You'll own a book of business across all products (Data Extraction and Lease Accounting), ensuring clients receive value and grow their engagement with our platform.

This is a strategic, quota-carrying role that requires strong sales instincts and the ability to scale relationships across a broad client portfolio. Ideal candidates are proactive, entrepreneurial, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What You'll Do

Manage long-term relationships with an assigned book of CPA firms, building trust with key stakeholders and understanding their service lines Lead all renewal activities, including forecasting, negotiation, and closing multi-year contracts Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities in partnership with Account Executives across all product lines Monitor account health, mitigate risk early, and ensure consistent product value to retain clients Uncover and pursue expansion opportunities across service lines and teams Achieve sales and retention targets through disciplined pipeline management Partner with Sales to ensure smooth handoffs and successful onboarding of new clients Act as a strategic advisor, aligning client needs with platform capabilities Work cross-functionally on account plans and growth strategies Track account usage and health metrics to spot risks and expansion opportunities Represent Crunchafi at client meetings and industry events (virtual and in-person) Stay informed on industry trends and continuously look for ways to add value

Who You Are

Proven experience in customer success, account management, or B2B SaaS Comfortable owning revenue responsibilities, including renewals, upsells, and cross-sells Strong communicator with the ability to influence and build trust across stakeholders, including executives Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a results-driven mindset Proactive and comfortable managing a high-volume book of business Familiarity with accounting, finance, or professional services clients is a plus High level of ownership and follow-through, with a client-first mindset Benefits
