What you will be doing: Provide leadership of the US/CAN Wastewater portfolio - work closely with regional and business unit leaders to align commercial and product-based objectives and priorities including sales growth and profitability. Maintain strategic product roadmap that aligns with regional and global objectives. Work closely with engineering and other key functions to establish priorities and collaborate on projects. Develop business cases to drive growth and profitability of the product lines and support the new product development process including project management of smaller NPD projects. Drive product lifecycle management activity to ensure product rationalization and simplification of assigned products. Manage the performance of existing product lines including support for forecasting, profitability analysis, customer technical and quoting support, and development of marketing collateral. Play an integral role by providing leadership and driving urgency across the broader functional groups to ensure alignment and execution of the Franklin Key factors (Quality, Availability, Service, Innovation, Cost). Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Marketing or related field. Seven to Ten years of experience in the water systems industry or related field. Don't feel like you check all the boxes?
