Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced

Scrum Lead

to drive Agile transformation initiatives within our

Corporate Finance Technology

division. The ideal candidate will be SAFe certified and have a proven track record of leading enterprise-level Agile projects. This individual will play a critical role in aligning teams, facilitating agile ceremonies, and ensuring the delivery of high-impact technology solutions that support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities: Lead one or more Scrum teams in Agile/Scrum practices and SAFe framework implementation. Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Serve as a servant leader and Agile coach to cross-functional teams. Identify and resolve impediments to ensure successful delivery of sprints and program increments. Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine and prioritize the backlog. Support Agile transformation initiatives and continuously improve team performance. Coordinate with Release Train Engineers, Solution Architects, and other team leads across ARTs. Track key metrics and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement. Required Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum roles; at least 3 years as a Scrum Lead or Scrum Master. SAFe certification

(e.g., SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist) is mandatory. Strong understanding of Agile principles, practices, and enterprise Agile transformation. Experience working in

Corporate Finance Technology

or with finance-related platforms. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead multiple teams and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in large-scale Agile transformations within financial services or banking. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, or VersionOne. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in finance tech projects.
