Job Purpose:
The Student Program Coordinator is responsible for leading and evolving NCMIC’s student outreach efforts. This role serves as the owner of all aspects of chiropractic and naturopathic student programming—including marketing, relationship development, and the transition from student to customer. The coordinator plays a role in developing NCMIC’s student marketing strategy, identifying opportunities to deepen engagement, and turning those connections into long-term sales opportunities.
Essential Functions:
Assists in developing marketing strategy for engaging students and is responsible for executing the strategy across multiple channels. This includes digital communications, social media, event marketing, and campus outreach. The coordinator works closely with the line of business leaders for chiropractic and naturopathic to stay informed about campus activities and student needs, ensuring messaging remains relevant and timely. This collaboration supports consistent, effective communication that drives brand awareness, student engagement, and long-term conversion goals.
Manages NCMIC’s Student Ambassador Program, including recruiting and onboarding new ambassadors. This role is responsible for maintaining regular communication with ambassadors to understand their campus needs, offer support, and ensure they are meeting program expectations and requirements. The coordinator also assists in planning and executing the annual Student Ambassador Retreat and plays a key role in strengthening ambassador engagement as a direct extension of NCMIC’s presence on campus.
Cultivates connections with students to support lead nurturing and identify future sales opportunities. Leveraging Salesforce, the coordinator tracks engagement, captures key insights, and facilitates a seamless transition to the sales team.
Collaborates with the data team to analyze student engagement metrics and program performance. By leveraging data-driven insights, the coordinator helps optimize marketing strategies, improve outreach effectiveness, and ensure continual growth in student engagement

Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field.
Experience : Proven experience building relationships and driving engagement, preferably within a student or educational environment. Must have a solid understanding of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing, and web analytics. Experience working with CRM platforms—preferably Salesforce—is required to track engagement and support lead nurturing efforts.
Skills:
Strong marketing and project management abilities with experience in multi-channel campaign execution. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships and supporting student engagement. Highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and adaptable, with a passion for community building and collaboration across teams.
Physical Demands:
Continuous sitting for extended periods of time, some standing, walking, bending and reaching. Frequent use of fingers and hands to manipulate computer, telephone and other office equipment. Continuous use of eyes for writing, editing, research and for reading and responding to emails.
Travel Required: 35%
Mental Demands:
Works with appropriate guidance or reliance on oral or written instructions in terms of planning and scheduling duties. Works with moderate or as needed detailed guidance on projects, new initiatives and company sensitive issues. Performs a wide range of marketing and material development tasks as dictated by demands and changing conditions. Solicits and relates sensitive information to the Senior Management Group and internal/external experts.
