Genesys IVR Developer
with deep expertise in
Genesys Engage platform ,
IVR technology , and
third-party system integrations . The role involves designing and developing advanced IVR applications, managing speech recognition grammars, and integrating with cloud and CRM solutions like
AWS Lambda, Lex, Amelia, Polly, Salesforce CRM , and
Google CCAI .
Must-Have Skills: Strong hands-on experience with
Genesys Engage platform
(IVR development & integrations). Advanced understanding of
IVR technologies , telecommunications devices, networks, and software. Experience in
Speech Recognition Systems and Grammar Development . Integration experience with
AWS Lambda (NodeJS/Python) ,
Lex ,
Amelia ,
Polly ,
Salesforce CRM , and
Google CCAI . Proficiency in
web service communication protocols : SOAP, REST, VXML, SQL, XML. Solid experience in
Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
using
Java, NodeJS, Python . Knowledge of
cross-system integration patterns
in contact center environments.
