Role Description:
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across distributed systems and the full technology stack.Participate in on-call rotations, respond to incidents promptly, and contribute to blameless postmortems to drive continuous improvement.Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement scalable solutions to optimize reliability and resource utilization.Design and maintain infrastructure, automation tools, and CI/CD pipelines to reduce manual effort and accelerate deployments.Collaborate with development teams to ensure that reliability is built into new features; while producing clear, comprehensive documentation.Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems using SLOs (Service Level Objectives) and SLIs (Service Level Indicators).Remain up-to-date with the latest SRE practices, tools, and industry trends.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.3+ years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or similar role.Experience with building and deploying application frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, Spring, React.js.Proficient programming skills in Python, familiar with Java, and JavascriptSolid understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Experience with SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Datadog).Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Passion for automation and continuous improvement.
