Job Description
Manage all phases of municipal construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets. Manage project budgets, schedules, and documentation with precision Lead project meetings and maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders Direct field operations, subcontractors, and vendors for maximum efficiency Ensure all safety, quality, and compliance standards are met Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams for seamless handoffs Proactively manage changes, RFIs, submittals, and client updates MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
Experience managing public sector construction projects, especially municipal Demonstrated success with CM at Risk delivery method Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities with confidence Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency with construction management software and tools What's on Offer
