Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Product Management to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the development, launch, and lifecycle management of our products. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: • Product Development: Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring that products meet market needs and align with company goals. • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform product strategy and development. • Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the vision, strategy, and timeline for product releases. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch. • Licensing Management: Oversee the management of product licensing, including negotiating and securing licenses, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements, and managing relationships with licensors. • Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and drive product enhancements. • Metrics and Reporting: Establish and track key performance metrics for products, providing regular updates and detailed reports to senior management on product performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives. • Salesforce COE Oversight: Provide oversight and guidance to the Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE), ensuring best practices are followed and leveraging Salesforce capabilities to enhance product management processes. • Budget Management: Manage the product budget, including forecasting and tracking expenses related to product development and marketing. • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on product performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience in product management, with a track record of successful product launches. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Experience with licensing management is a plus. • Familiarity with Salesforce and experience in managing a Salesforce COE is preferred. • Experience in the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry is preferred.
