Description
Surfpoint Recovery is an inpatient drug treatment program
where our clinical professionals have the opportunity to grow and advance their careers. You will be working together with other clinicians, nurses, providers, and peer advocates to create a comprehensive care plan for our clients.
The LCSW will be providing supervision hours to LMSWs
and helping them grow professionally, while also strengthening their leadership and mentoring skills.
*This role has the potential to be hybrid In-Person and Remote.
Responsibilities: Assisting LMSWs and other clinical staff to ensure the following:
Management of a case load of 8-10 clients Ability to conduct daily individual & group counseling sessions Provision of aftercare planning, crisis intervention, and development of individualized treatment plans Compliance with documentation and progress notes Adherence to OASAS standards
Assisting with weekly utilization reviews based on clinical and administrative protocols. Assisting in the preparation of weekly case conferences and case reviews. Supervising MSW student interns as needed. Benefits:

Requirements:
Masters degree required Must be a valid
New York State
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
and in good standing SIFI preferred, but not required (or the willingness to complete a SIFI course) At least 3-years of relevant work experience
