Position Summary & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a new Enterprise Architecture Analyst to join our Global IS Governance department, within the Enterprise Architecture group. This role plays a key part in shaping and managing our IT landscape, with a strong focus on compliance, optimization, and architectural coherence.

The ideal candidate will hold a recognized certification in enterprise architecture and demonstrate a keen interest in digital transformation and IT governance. Success in this role requires excellent communication and consulting skills, as collaboration with cross-functional teams—including application specialist, developer, and IT stakeholders—is essential.

IT Landscape Mapping: Assist in mapping and documenting the IT landscape, including applications, interfaces, technologies, data, and infrastructures. Support efforts to maintain a clear view of both current and target architecture states.

Architecture Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of the IT architecture, including referential maps, improvement strategies, and architecture standards.

Compliance: Promote adherence to internal policies, architectural standards, and regulatory requirements. Assist in audit and compliance assessments. Provide support for data compliance across IS initiatives.

IT Optimization: Identify and recommend improvements to enhance cost-efficiency, performance, and resilience of the IT environment. Propose solutions to address discrepancies and vulnerabilities.

Collaboration & community: Partner with senior architects, IT managers, and other stakeholders to align IT architecture with business goals and strategies. Actively contribute in cross-functional projects to support transformation initiatives. Participate & lead activities related to Architecture community management to foster knowledge exchange and best practices.

Education, Skills, & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required with 3+ years’ experience in an enterprise architecture role, with experience in LeanIX.

Master's degree is preferred

TOGAF or similar methodology certification

Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Proficiency in using architecture modeling tools (e.g., LeanIX, ArchiMate).

Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.

Ability to foster a collaborative and innovative environment with highly skilled technical individuals.

Knowledge of IT governance, compliance, and security requirements & best practices.

Medical Device industry experience is preferable
