We're helping to accelerate society's drive towards net zero while maintaining security of supply today. This role is focused on NGV's US business (NGV US). The Manager will be a critical resource in the Regulatory Delivery and Strategy team for NGV's US Commercial organization. The Regulatory Delivery and Strategy team is responsible for the analysis and policy engagement discussions to deliver a regulatory strategy that advances current and future opportunities aligned to NGV's businesses. This role is specially focused on engagement within the local Independent System Operator (ISO) / Regional Transmission Organization (RTO) in specific markets including the NYISO, ISO-NE, MISO, and PJM markets. Furthermore, the Manager of Regulatory Delivery and Strategy will be responsible for tracking, advocating and advancing policy positions within the respective States within the ISO / RTO at the Public Service Commissions or their equivalent governmental bodies. This role is a unique opportunity to work with a highly dynamic, motivated, forward-thinking, commercially oriented team; to interact with and influence decisions makers; and identify and solve complex challenges facing large-scale energy development across generation, transmission and energy storage. The role will include frequent collaboration and coordination with Client's Government Affairs teams and requires the ability to identify key issues that could impact NGV US's overall strategy. Key Accountabilities:

Project management, including identification of issues, monitoring and tracking of relevant activities at the ISOs / RTOs and respective proceedings at State Public Service Commissions Develop and maintain relationships with key staff at the ISOs / RTOs and State Public Service Commissions:

Support and advise teams engaged in development of transmission line projects within the ISOs /RTOs footprint and align internally within NGV with transmission policy and project development across markets Engage with stakeholders active in the ISO / RTO markets and member States in coordination with Client's Corporate Affairs and Stakeholder engagement teams Develop policy trackers, prepare summaries of policy options and positions, and draft comments and negotiate policy positions with various external stakeholders Represent NGV US in external meetings at RTOs / ISOs and State Public Service Commissions and report on policy developments Collaborate with diverse groups within Client to ensure awareness of NGV projects and internal alignment on policy positions Align NGV's US businesses and strategic policy planning Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred, with at least 7 years of relevant professional experience working with a ISO / RTO, State Utility Commission, Utility, energy developer or as a consultant to these industries Educational background in engineering, life sciences, economics, policy and/or legal Detail-oriented, independent self-starter, quick-learner, and analytical Excellent written and verbal communication skills Understanding of US, regional and State energy policy and markets, and experience within the ISO /RTO region Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills Ability to travel within ISO / RTO region and to NGV meetings in NYC and/or Bosto
