Position

Origami is seeking a full time Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to work in a dynamic, post-acute environment with persons with neurological and mental health conditions. This position has flexible hours with in-person and telehealth sessions. A successful therapist at Origami demonstrates teamwork and compassion, with strong communication, attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop therapeutic treatment plans based on clients' interests, abilities, and needs.

Document client information including session notes, progress notes, and treatment plans per organization and insurance requirements.

Provide psychotherapy to individuals, groups, and/or families

Requirements

LMSW licensure

Limited license clinicians (e.g., LLMSW) are welcome to apply, with the expectation of obtaining full licensure within a reasonable timeframe.

Must be comfortable and willing to work with clients across the lifespan, including:

Preferred Experience

Clinical or rehabilitation counseling experience

1+ years’ experience with children, adolescents, or adults in diagnosing and treating mental health disorders

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to stand, walk, and sit (use hands to palpate, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop kneel or crawl, and taste or smell). Accommodated alternatives are acceptable if they accomplish the necessary essential tasks. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 lbs. Specific vision abilities required for this position include close vision, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
