Sr. Database Administrator

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Sr. Database Administrator to join our team!

Specifically, we're looking for someone who will be providing Postgres and MySQL / Oracle database administration support for 24x7 production database environment. After-hours call in support will be necessary when scheduled.

Required Experience + Skills:

10 + years experience administering to, and engineering solutions with Postgres, and MySQL & Oracle’s database. Extensive experience with database design, as well as, the collection and interpretation of customer requirements relevant to database migration, troubleshooting, performance observation and tuning.

CompTIA Sec + CE (IAT 2) or higher

TS/SCI w/ FSP required

BS in CS or related course of study, or equivalent year’s experience.

Experience with the production and deployment of RAC, RMAN backup & recovery is desired

Experience with Oracle Exadata, DB security, Data Guard and / or DB Vault, Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control, label security, and data migration is desired

Must be an independent worker with strong communications skills.
