Garnet River
We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Solution Architect to assist the New York State Office of General Services (OGS) Food Distribution Unit in identifying and implementing a suitable technical solution for their Food Distribution Information Management System (FDIMS) project. This role involves reviewing the business requirements already gathered by OGS and providing technical solution advisory to make sure OGS is making the right technical choices. Candidate must be able to attend onsite meetings at the client site as required.
Remote work is permitted when onsite presence is not necessary.
Job Duties
Review and analyze existing business requirements for the FDIMS project. dvise on appropriate technical solutions that meet business needs, leveraging expertise in distribution systems. Design high-level technical architecture for cloud-based and SaaS solutions. Provide technical leadership in selecting and integrating distribution platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, or similar. Create contextual architecture diagrams and documentation for proposed solutions. Coordinate and collaborate with client stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams. ttend onsite meetings with clients and stakeholders as required.
Qualifications
Proven experience in designing and implementing distribution systems, particularly on platforms like Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, NetSuite, or SAP. Strong technical architecture expertise in cloud-based and SaaS solutions. Experience in system integration, including integration design and execution. Skilled in creating contextual diagrams and technical documentation for cloud and SaaS environments. TOGAF certification or equivalent in enterprise/solution architecture. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical architecture skills. bility to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid onsite/remote setting. Bachelor's degree. minimum of 10 years of related experience. n equivalent combination of advanced education, training, and experience will be considered. Salary Range
: $140,000 - $170,000
