Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Salary Range:
$115,000 - $120,000 annually
Job Summary: We are hiring licensed mental health professionals to deliver virtual therapy services to individuals and families across California. This role combines flexibility and clinical impact in a remote care setting, with full support from a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities: Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based methods Complete assessments and develop client-centered treatment plans Document sessions and clinical notes in a timely and accurate manner Coordinate care with internal teams and external partners Stay informed on clinical best practices and compliance standards Requirements
Master's degree or higher in a mental health-related field Active California licensure (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills Benefits
