Job Description
Work alongside Project Managers and Subject Matter Experts to execute full construction low voltage drawings set packages to architects and clients.
Plan, design, and administer low voltage commercial design projects for clients.
Apply knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing/procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials and systems to projects.
Produce conceptual plans, renderings, and documents
Coordinate and integrate engineering elements into designs for client review & permitting approvals
Produces construction documents in Revit, BIM360, Enscape, CAD, Etc.
Work together with a team and individually
Work in tandem with highly collaborative multidisciplinary design teams
Assists in research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications.
Have knowledge of designing BIM cabling infrastructure systems, wireless systems, audio/visual systems, and electronic security systems, and coordinating pathways, spaces, and MEP systems that support them
REVIT document control and changes throughout the project lifecycle, i.e. systems commissioning
Qualifications: Qualifications
3+ years of Revit/B.I.M. design experience
Knowledge of the BIM360 Workflow
Understanding and knowledge of B.I.M. Technologies including Revit, BIM360, LOD, Family Creation, etc.
Ability to provide detailed and efficient design solutions relating to B.I.M.
Excellent oral and written communication
Analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Effective interpersonal **** skills and collaborative management style to include teamwork and team-building abilities

Position is based in DFW metroplex
Status: Full time, exempt
Compensation is dependent upon experience.
