Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Cashiering Systems Analyst to support and maintain enterprise revenue management platforms, with a focus on iNovah and related cashiering applications. This role involves managing vendor relationships, troubleshooting failed payments, implementing software and hardware, and ensuring PCI compliance. Strong SQL skills, technical documentation experience, and excellent customer communication are essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and troubleshoot payment failures within the cashiering system

Investigate application issues and implement solutions to resolve errors

Deploy and configure relevant hardware and software tied to cashiering operations

Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding both current and upcoming cashiering-related initiatives

Manage vendor relationships with technology partners such as iNovah and Grant Street

Analyze root causes of production issues and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for resolution

Use ticketing and service management tools to track incidents, service requests, and project tasks

Prioritize support tickets in alignment with customer urgency and service expectations

Draft documentation for technical specifications, workflows, support guides, and user requirements

Configure system workflows and business processes using designated application platforms

Assist in scheduling and applying updates, patches, and system improvements

Gather reporting needs and develop custom reports and dashboards

Lead or assist in testing activities, including script development and regression testing

Help create training materials and support training efforts for end users as needed

Build and maintain data and system integrations with the cashiering platform

Manage user access and provisioning processes for related systems

Provide on-call and off-hours support as needed, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications and Requirements:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, with experience in writing advanced queries, joins, and stored procedures

Prior experience with iNovah or similar enterprise revenue and cashiering systems is advantageous

Familiarity with PCI DSS standards and secure payment processing best practices

Foundational knowledge of development such as C# and .NET

Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service mindset

Capable of juggling multiple tasks and managing time effectively in a dynamic environment

Experienced in developing and reviewing business and technical documentation

Proficient in software/hardware setup and troubleshooting

Adept at identifying and resolving technical issues independently

Comfortable working independently or collaboratively, with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Open to participating in after-hours support rotations as business needs require
