Position Overview:

This groups sits within Enterprise service management and they are responsible for ServiceNow SPM. This team is hiring due to increased demand of workload. The ideal candidate will be working for another large fs client with SPM, demand, or APM within ServiceNow.

Position Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with experience in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) to join our growing digital transformation team. In this role, you will design, configure, and enhance ServiceNow modules with a primary focus on Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, Resource Management, Agile Development, and Roadmapping within the SPM suite.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in IT, business operations, PMO, and finance to ensure alignment between strategic initiatives and ServiceNow implementations.

Position Requirements:

2-5+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform

Hands-on experience with SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) or formerly ITBM

Strong knowledge of: Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, Resource Management, Agile Development (Scaled Agile/SAFe a plus), Application Portfolio Management (APM) a bonus,

Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow scripting, UI Policies, and Business Rules

Experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub
