A contemporary fashion accessories brand is seeking a
Product Development/Design Coordinator
to support their private label business. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong creative eye.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the development of new styles in collaboration with the Lead Designer
• Coordinate fittings and manage the full sample-making process
• Conduct trend and concept research for upcoming collections
• Create flat sketches, CADs, tech packs, and line sheets using Illustrator
• Organize samples, fabric/trim libraries, and maintain internal documentation
• Communicate with vendors and contractors (Spanish proficiency preferred)
• Create cut tickets, send POs, manage WIPs, and review TOP samples for quality
• Assist with trend decks and collaborate with CAD artists
Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of experience in fashion, manufacturing, or a related industry
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Domestic production experience preferred
• Familiarity with Tradestone is a plus (training available)
