Project Leadership:
Oversee all phases of construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Client Coordination:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Team Management:
Direct and coordinate project teams, including superintendents, subcontractors, and design professionals. Budgeting & Cost Control:
Develop and manage budgets, review cost reports, and approve invoices/change orders. Scheduling:
Create and manage project schedules, identify critical path items, and proactively mitigate delays. Risk Management:
Identify potential risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Contract Management:
Negotiate, review, and enforce contract terms with clients and subcontractors. Reporting:
Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on progress, performance, and any issues impacting project delivery. Base salary - $100,000-$150,000
3-4 weeks PTO
2 bonus' a year
One bonus pays out in April One bonus pays out in November (larger bonus)
Annual merit increase (happens around June/July)
