is currently looking for a

Land Acquisition Project Manager - FG . The right candidate will assist the Land Acquisition Manager(s) to find, coordinate, and secure land acquisition leads to meet division goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Receive and provide initial response plan for all new leads from outside source

Make initial “cold call” contacts and make inquiries on land leads

Perform title and municipal research on potential land leads

Ensure that property documents comply with company standards and notify management of concerns and potential solutions Complete detailed review and analysis of entitlement status of prospective acquisitions on a continuous basis

Perform in-depth market analysis to complete CMA’s on potential acquisitions

Prepare Letters of Intent

Participate in the negotiation of purchase agreements

Participate in the process to ensure that all due diligence work is completed prior to expiration of contingency period and the Land Acquisition Proforma (LAP) submittal date

Apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information and perform financial modeling for potential acquisitions

Provide all pertinent property description information, seller demands, terms, conditions and contact information to management

Provide site inspections to identify project status, progress, and risk management

Assist in maintaining acquisition budgets, development schedule oversight, and project updates

Coordinate and communicate with primary engineer and other primary consultants

Establish and maintain relationships with land developers, brokers, and land owners

Provide support in preparation of internal investment committee memos for approval of acquisitions

Coordinate with consultants to municipal staff

Review development agreements

Assist the Land Acquisition Manager to zone and plat projects

Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company

Ability to travel overnight
